Jaana Saarisen Salkkarit-pesti on tullut tiensä päähän. Maarit Salinin roolissa loistanut nainen kertoo ajan sarjassa menneen todella nopeasti, eikä hampaankoloon jäänyt mitään.

Maarit Salin on vakiinnuttanut paikkansa suomalaisten sydämissä. Hän kuului Pihlajakadun vakiokasvoihin. Vuonna 2007 sarjaan parin vuoden tauon jälkeen palanut Jaana Saarinen paljasti, että hänen lähtönsä ei ollut tällä kertaa näyttelijän itsensä päätettävissä.

– Minut kirjoitettiin ulos. Tämä on ihan fakta, joten ei siinä ole mitään peittelemistä, nainen kertoi.

Maarit poistui Pihlajakadulta dramaattisen käänteen jälkeen.
