Tänään sitten palauttava treeninä lentopalloa 1.5 h, jonka jälkeen mahdollisesti lukkopainia (tekniikkaa ja kevyttä sparria, mahdollisesti kuntopiirinomainen treeni lisäks.. kirjoitan illalla sitten enemmän mitä loppujen lopuks tuli keksittyy ;) Perjantaina sitten vuorossa selkä/rinta ja lauantaina sparrausta muutaman kaverin kaa... sunnuntaina sitten suht.pitkä matalasykkeinen juoksu.. Ensi viikolla aloitetaan sitte ne kunnon treenit uuden ohjelman myötä :)!!
