Facebookin käyttö on monen yhdysvaltalaisen avioeron taustalla, kertoo tuore kysely.
Yhdysvaltain avioeroasianajajien yhdistyksen teettämän kyselyn mukaan joka viides avioero liittyy jollain tapaa Facebookiin.
Yhteisösivustolla lähetetyt flirttiviestejä ja valokuvia käytetään yhä useammin todisteina avioeroa haettaessa. Moni eroista liittyy vanhoihin heiloihin, joihin on otettu yhteyttä sosiaalisessa mediassa jopa vuosien tauon jälkeen.
66 prosenttia amerikkalaisista avioeroasianajajista mainitsee Facebookin tärkeimpänä todisteiden lähteenä avioerotapauksissa. 15 prosenttia mainitsi MySpacen ja 5 prosenttia Twitterin.
Daily Mail -lehden mukaan kyselyn tutkimukset heijastelevat myös Ison-Britannian tilannetta. Erään brittiläisen asianajotoimiston mukaan viidennes sen ajamista avioerotapauksista liittyy Facebook-suhteisiin. Toimiston johtajan mukaan nämä tapaukset liittyivät useimmin seksipitoisiin verkkokeskusteluihin muiden kuin oman kullan kanssa.

Suhtautuminen omaan vartaloosi näkyy seksielämässäsi. Monen suhde omaan kehoonsa on niin vaikea, ettei siitä voi löytää nautintoa yksin.
Moni on tottunut katsomaan kehoaan moitteiden ja vaatimusten lävitse. Väärä koko suuntaan tai toiseen, liialliset tai liian vähäiset kehon kurvit tai eletyn elämän jäljet voivat saada liian suuren roolin.
Kehoa kuritetaan, laiminlyödään ja komennetaan ankaruuden ilmapiirissä. Osa ei anna keholleen arvoa ollenkaan.
Negatiivinen suhde omaan kehoon heijastuu myös seksuaalisuuteen ja seksuaalielämään. Kehoonsa tyytymättömän on vaikea löytää kehostaan lähdettä mielihyvään tai nautintoon.
Kuria, kuria ja vielä kerran kuria
Kehon piinaaminen, syömättä jättäminen, tauoton treenaaminen tai armoton laihduttaminen kertoo ankarasta suhtautumisesta omaan kehoon. Joillekin kehosta on tullut projekti, jota pitää loputtomasti parannella ja työstää. Silti se ei koskaan tunnu täyttävän kriteereitä.
Kehon kova kurittaminen ei ole yksin kilojen, senttien ja kaloreiden kysymys. Kun muuta elämää ei voi kontrolloida, voi kokea voivansa piiskata kehoaan loputtomiin suorituksiin. Kun laihdutuskuuri toisensa jälkeen kääntyy ylensyömiseksi tai kun urheilemaan on päästävä sairaanakin, on aika pysähtyä miettimään asian todellista laitaa.
Tapamme koskettaa omaa kehoamme kertoo paljon suhtautumisestamme siihen. Monessa suomalaisessa kodissa on kasvettu vähällä koskettamisella, minkä vuoksi taito täytyy toisinaan opetella aikuisena.
Nauttiminen sallittu!
Omasta epätäydellisestä kehostaan nauttiminen on täysin sallittua - ja vahvasti suositeltavaa. Omaan kehoon kannattaa tehdä tuttavuutta lempeästi tutkiskellen.
Negatiivinen kehonkuva loitontaa herkästi myös kumppanista. Miten suhtaudut kehoosi kumppanisi läheisyydessä? Saako kumppanisi katsella kehoasi vapaasti? Mihin sinua ei saa koskea?

Naimisiinmeno vähentää antisosiaalista käytöstä miehillä, todetaan yhdysvaltalaistutkimuksessa.
Psykologit Michiganin yliopistossa havaitsivat tutkimuksessaan, että naimisissa olevat miehet ovat vähemmän antisosiaalisia kuin poikamiehet. Antisosiaalisena käytöksenä pidettiin esimerkiksi rikollisuutta, aggressiivista käytöstä ja juopottelua.
Voidaan kuitenkin kysyä, onko pikemminkin niin, että mukavat miehet päätyvät muita todennäköisemmin naimisiin ja että parempi tulos johtuu siitä?
Tätä selvitettiin kaksostutkimuksella. Kaksitoista vuotta kestäneen tutkimuksen perusteella avioliitolla havaittiin vaikutusta käytökseen. Kun toinen kaksosista meni naimisiin, hänen antisosiaalinen käytöksensä väheni merkittävästi. Sinkkuna pysytellyt kaksonen puolestaan jatkoi samaan tapaan kuin ennenkin.
- Avioituneet miehet eivät alun alkaenkaan ole kovin epäsosiaalisia. Kun he menevät naimisiin, epäsosiaaliset piirteet vähenevät entisestään, toteaa professori S. Alexandra Burke The Journal Archives of General Psychiatry -lehdessä.
Tutkimuksen alkaessa miehet olivat 17-vuotiaita ja sen päättyessä 29-vuotiaita. Miehistä 60 prosenttia oli siihen mennessä avioitunut.
