I visited your beauty-salon this afternoon, wanting to get a nice haircut. Unfortunately everything didn't go as smoothly as I planned...

We had booked two womens haircuts with my mother, Heli Laakso at 14:00 this afternoon. We arrived at the right place a little early and I got to go first. My hairdresser was this young woman who had medium long kind of reddish-orange hair. I have no idea what her name is because she never introduced herself. Ok it wasn't that big of a deal but I was still surprised. She didn't even say good afternoon or something like that.
She asked me that how did I want her to cut my hair and I told her my wishes with words and by showing the lenghts and so on. Then she asked me some questions and double-checked everything. After she had washed my hair she said right out of the blue: "Did you know that your hair is really dry?" Then I replied that yes I knew that and that I had tried to do this oil-repair thing that didn't work. Then I waited that she would have recommended me some product or told me some tips but nothing happened. Then I started to think.. that did she just insult me.. because the tone of her voice was kind of rude when she told me about the dryness of my hair. I really did feel insulted.
As I still was in shock from the comment she had said, she started to cut my hair, starting from the back. She snapped off twice the amount of hair I had told her to. She just calmly took it off... So now I have a LOT shorter hair than I asked for. And I had told her that in the front she could cut the hair a bit shorter than in the back, but that they would be approximately on the level of my chin. But she snapped them so short that they barely reach my cheekbones. And in the very first beginning I had said that she didn't need to do anything to my fringe, but still she completely without my permission changed the style of it. I really liked the old one, but she completely changed it.
After all of this was over she aked me how did I want her to dry my hair. Straight or curly. I told her that I definitely preferred curly hair. She stood quietly for a moment and then said that she would dry them straight. I just couldn't believe my own ears. When she finally was done with everything, I couldn't look to the mirror, because I was too shamed of myself. It was absolutely horrifying. I said thank you and good bye and she didn't bother to reply.
I stormed out and started to cry. I have never ever before cried because of my hair. But this time this is just something terrible. My haircut I mean. And all thanks go to that young "know-it-better" hairdresser. So thank you SO much for ruining my whole day.. and week.. and every single moment I have to look at myself looking like this. Thank god my hair grows quite fast but even so. I was very disappointed today. I really had looked forward to a nice little day in Estonia.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want anybody to get fired or so. I loved the place but the hairdresser was a disappointment. And my mother said she loved her hair. So thanks to her hairdresser But one humble request: Listen to your customers please.
