Jokainen jota kiinnostaa seurata/tietää ensimmäisinä bändiä koskevat uutiset voi siis tilata ne itselleen tai luottaa siihen että itse muistaa käydä aina tasaisin väliajoin katsomassa onko tullut uutisia.

Tämä siksi, ettei tarvitse aina 6 eri yhteisöön kertoa asioita ja siksi, etten ole löytänyt vastaavia suomenkielisiä sivuja, josta nuoremmatkin saavat helposti tietoa.

Jos on ehdotuksia mitä blogiin voi lisätä, mitä sieltä teidän mielestä puuttuu niin kommentoikaa ja näin aluksi, muistakaa että muutamat sivut ovat vielä kesken, ei Roomaakaan päivässä rakennettu ;)

So another dream of mine has come true. My favorite artist in the world- Daniel Martin Diaz- is doing the Album artwork for Cardiology. I have been inspired by his work for years and i am lucky enough to have some of it hanging in my home. I could go on and on about DMD, but i think you should all go check out his website where you can read his story and see his work. www.DanielMartinDiaz.com He has been inspiring and influencing me for a long time. So i decided that if i didn't atleast reach out and ask him if he would consider doing the art for Cardiology i would always kick myself. So i just reached out, blindly with an email, and he responded the next day! we talked on the phone that night for like an hour and i told him all about the record what it was all about and kind of the story of where my life was at right now.

Daniel was so cool, and we found that we were really kind of on the same trip. He said he needed to hear the music first, so He and his wife and son came out for a day and hung out with me at the studio. He loved what he heard and told he would be psyched to do it! It was also really cool to bring him and his family to my house so e could see the paintings of his that i have and kind of revisit them. Can u imagine being a Painter, spending weeks on a painting and then having to say good by to it forever? Such a crazy thought to me.

I had such a good hang with him. If anyone has been reading my Posi-tweets lately, this is just one example. Me and Daniel are worlds apart, and i just took a shot in the dark and now MY Absolute Favorite artist is doing the Art for My absolute Favorite GC record. I'm feeling really greatful. It is sure to be the best GC album Cover EVER. Thanx Daniel!!!

I just came from the studio, hung out with Don and listened to the 1st 5 nearly finished mixes. the record should be done being mixed by the end of next week. SO CRAZY to think it's done!!! I am gonna go in this week and do a few acoustic versions of some songs and maybe a cover or 2. Unfortunately we NEED them for B sides and exclusives so i don't know if i will be able to Post them. But Mayyyyyyyybe i will do a special cover to put up on the Blog. can't promise, but there are def a couple songs i really want to cover.

Ok so i had to come tell you guys the Great news about the Album art and tell you what interesting and awesome people DMD and his family are. Make sure you check out his website and if you Live in Montreal, he has a show coming up there in JUNE. I WANT TO GO REALLY BAD. SO go for me and take lots of PICTURES!! Can't tell you guys how greatful i feel to have been able to make this record and the way the #GCFAM has supported and encouraged me has been awesome. I really feel like during the making of CARDIOLOGY as long as it took, WE ALL really RECONNECTED. in A BIG way. I have never ever been so Happy and Proud to be in GC. I love My LIFE. So thank YOU. Hope you guys are all doing great and as always THANX FOR REPPIN!!!

Päivän biisi on ehdottomasti: Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody
Lenni-Kalle Taipale (tai Leka =D) soitti Saralle, Annille ja mulle ton, koska pyydettiin. Ensimmäinen kerta, kun kuulin jonkun soittavan tota livenä ja voi hitto se on ehdottomasti Good Charloten keikan kanssa kiistelemässä "Elämäni parhaat päivät top 10" ykkössijasta.
Jalat meinas pettää alta ja köh, muuta mukavaa.

Uskottelin ihmisille matikantunnilla, että näin ja näin tässä tehtävässä pitää tehdä, mutta kappas, ei pitänytkään =D=D

Oli joku paras päivä ikinä. Niin ikävä sitä aikaa ja sitä pivää <3 Tahtoo takasin, jumittua siihen päivään edes vähän pidemmäksi ajaksi <3

Se päivä muistetaan vielä 15 vuoden päästäkin!! :) Koska sillä oli merkitystä =)

Mahtava konsertti tämäkin ! Paikalle mentiin heti silloin kun ovet aukesivat, lämppäri nähtiin, ihan hyvin veti. GC'n aloitus oli mahtava. Oli hienoa että fanit olivat niin täydellisesti mukana koko keikan ajan. Olin maksanut istumapaikoista, mutta eihän sielä voinut istua hetkeäkään, joten seisoin koko ajan, taputin, lauloin mukana ja huusin. Bändi soitti hyvin ja Joel lauloi mahtavasti ! Oli hieno nähdä että Benji lauloi muutaman balladin, ne olivat kauniita ja hyvin laulettuja. Thanks Pauliina, ku olit messis.
