Paloheinästä Viikin kautta Roihuvuoreen. Sieltä Korkeasaareen josta Sörnäsiin.. Mäkelänkatua Käpylään. Käpylästä Oulunkylään josta Pakilan kautta takasin Paloheinään.. =34,3km.

kävin lenkillä, kävellen sekä juosten! oo hyvä fiilis nyt ku on vähä liikkunu ja koht saunaan =)
huomenna sitte lähes 30km pyörilylle :DD
