Amerikkalainen FMX-ammattilainen, Metal Mulisha -kuski Jeremy Lusk on menehtynyt X Knights kilpailussa saamiinsa vammoihin. Vuonna 2008 X-Gamesissa freestyle kultaa voittanut Jeremy epäonnistui "Hart Attack backflipissä" lauantain kilpailussa ja laskeutui pää edellä maahan. Hän menehtyi maanantaina päävammoihin.

Lusk selviytyi vastaavan kaltaisesta onnettomuudesta vuoden 2007 X-Gamesissa onnekkaasti vammoitta.
