Valkokankailla kammottelee piakkoin uusi Freddy Krueger. Painajainen Elm Streetillä -filmin uudessa versiossa Freddyn osan näyttelee Jackie Earle Haley.

Earle Haley teki äskettäin menestysroolin Watchmen-elokuvan Rorschachina.

Uuden version Painajainen Elm Streetillä -kauhuhitistä tuottaa New Line Cinema. Sama puulaaki tuotti vuonna 1984 alkuperäisleffan, jossa Freddy Kruegeria esitti Robert Englund.

Krueger on lapsia tappava sarjamurhaaja, jonka vihaiset vanhemmat surmaavat. Freddy kuitenkin palaa terrorisoimaan lapsia näiden uniin.

Elm Streetin päivitetyn version ohjaa Samuel Bayer. Hänet muistetaan Nirvana-yhtyeen Smells Like Teen Spirit -videon ohjaajana.

Olin Veskun ja Sinan kanssa elokuvissa katsomassa Watchmen :D TOdistetaan oli itku tulla ku se Walter kuoli :( ku se haluski sitä. MUT JUU :DD;Dyhel kertaa auto melkeinm kylkeen ja toisel oltiin melkein toisen kyljes
