Jumaleisson mikä ilta! Meikäpoikapas oppi shufflaan tänään! Jorailin siinä baaritiskin vieressä kaikessa rauhassa ja rupesin miettii että nyt menee kyllä jalat jotenkin erikoisesti, tsekkasin alas, ja mitä vittuu! Meikä shufflaa! :--D

Tän päivän liikunta saldoksi kertyi:

• 10 kilometriä kävelyä
• 10 kilometriä pyöräilyä
• 8 tuntia tanssia, joista viitisen tuntia intensiivistä anaerobisen ja aerobisen liikunnan rajoilla olevaa mahtavuutta.

Herranjumala mitkä euforiat päällä!

Viikonloppu Oulussa takana, mukana ystäviä rakkaita, liekkipaloi läpi viikonlopun, kun juhlittiin Liekkiryhmä Tulikukan synttäreitä.

Oli meitä parikymmentä juotiin, saunottiin, oli meillä esiintymässä Olli-PA, vetämässä uuden julkaisemattoman levynsä, vedin miehelle biittit soimaan ja skrätsit päälle, huh-hu mitkä vibat ja energiat! Peace, Love and Unity now 'till the end of the days!
