It's pretty hard to be Phyllis
All the friends saying "zip it!"
When you're again shouting "damnit!"

"That now I've had my limit!"
"And how can I feel like bullshit?"
"When I didn't even WANT a relationship!"

Phyllis's part keeps your stomache tingling
And makes you use words like "earthshuddering"
But in the end you can find it lifealtering
To learn to know the real meaning
Of that famous, good-old crush-thing
And then finally stop wondering
Why you had never experienced the feeling

Yeah, being Phyllis has its prize
It's getting embarrased for some time
But when you look at the bright side
You'll see it's better to risk your pride
Cause it still happens every once in a while
That a phyllis finds someone alike
And can then get back to her own life

can no longer be phyllises when together
So they would obviously stop all that nonsense
And get back to being themselves)
