Hommaa piisasi. Valtavan suuret kiitokset kaikille minua tukeneille ja äänestäneille. Saaliina 173 ääntä, loistava saavutus vaikka itse sanonkin. Varavaltuutetun paikkaan olisi tarvinnut vielä 35 ääntä lisää, eipä jäänyt kauas. Mutta tästä on hyvä jatkaa! o/

Lähdin yksin torstaina klo 12:52 ajamaan fillarilla. Noin pääpiirteittäin Padasjoki - Maakeski - Vierumäki - Jaala - Kuusankoski - Valkeala - Kouvola - Myllykoski - Hamina - Söderkulla - Tuusula - Hyvinkää - Viiala - Tampere. Suunnittelin ensimmäiset 300km yötä ja 24h-huoltoasemia silmälläpitäen, loput tuli improvisoitua ajaessa. Ja harmitti, kun eihän noita 24h-asemia enää ollut oikeastaan muita kuin ABC:itä :/

Matkaa kertyi lopulta 623,23km ja ajoajan keskari noin 26.7km/h, keskisyke 127 (63%). Taukoja päälle noin neljä ja puoli tuntia, joten yhteensä aikaa kului reilu 27 tuntia. Ensimmäiset ~300km meni vielä lähes 29 keskarilla yllättävänkin helposti, mutta lopussa vastatuuli sekä ylämäki Hgistä Trelle hyydyttivät :D Huippusykkeet (179) tulivat Myllykoskella kun piti lähteä kilpasille teinien mopojen ja skoottereiden kanssa. Voitinpahan ainakin yhden skootterin ajamalla 55km/h. Taisi muiden kavereiden vermeet olla hieman viritettyjä :P Muuten syke pysyivi pahimmissakin nousuissa alle 160:n, tähän olin erittäin tyytyväinen.

Reissulla kului ~5 litraa mehua, kolme litraa urheilujuomaa, neljä litraa vettä, ~10 mysli-/energia-/tms -patukkaa, 6 banaania, tomaatti, kaksi isoa jäätelöpuikkoa, neljä karjalanpiirakkaa, ABC:n"jätti"hampurilaisateria isolla kevytmaidolla, kaksi sämpylää ja kaksi patonkia. Kiinnostiko?-)

Kelit hellivät kyllä, lähes täydellistä. Alkumatka myötäisen tapaista, yöllä täysin tyyntä, mutta loppumatka sitten vastatuulta. Yhtään vähempää vaatetta ei olisi voinut olla mukana. Lyhyiden ajovaatteiden lisäksi pakkasin mukaan irtohihat ja -lahkeet, kengänsuojat ja pitkähihaisen ajopaidan. Kaikki tulivat tarpeeseen, eräs tiesääasema näytti ilman lämpötilaksi yön pimeinä hetkinä +9 astetta (ennusteiden luvattua lähemmäs +15:ttä). Ihanin pätkä oli varmaan yöllinen valtatie 7 ja sen yöllinen rekkaralli rakkaaseen itänaapuriimme.

Yllättävän vähän muita lenkkeilijöitä tuli vastaan, olisiko kymmentäkään.

Taisi tulla samalla myös uusi valvomisennätys, noin 35 tuntia. Viime yönä nukuinkin sitten noin klo 19-10, tosin tunteroinen välillä hereillä. Nyt onkin sitten ihana jumi, toki yritin venytellä illalla varovasti, mutta eipä tuo paljoa auttanut ;>
