Ou jeah. Taas on stepattu..5min enempi ku eilen, jollo n5min enempi ku toissapv- pakko koittaa tauon jälk alotella silleen ns varovasti (juujuu, todella joo..ns ohjeis on kai jtn ett 10min/ 15min alkuun- about tuplat heti..mutt mä en ookka alottelija :D paitsi siis tauon jälkeen uusiks alottaja/ jatkaja).
Kunnon venyttelyt perään ja ku peräkkäiset päivät heti ni ei tuu eikä oo tullu sitä "widdu en voi kävellä..rappusia ainaka"-oloa, joka ois tod näk venyttelyist huolimatta treeniä seuraavana (ja erit. sitä seuraavana) pv:nä..vähänx oon kelmi ku vältän ton kikkailemalla (:

Jtn hyödyllistä pitäis viel himsis koittaa saada aikaseks; esim wc:n jynssäys (selvii vähällä ku tarpeex usein sen muistaa/ jaksaa/ "ehtii" tehä..). No, kahtoo ny mitä tänää viel duunaa ku ilta on tänki verran nuori.

Ja nukkumaan jo pari iltaa (mulle) ajoissa; onnaa varmaa tänäänki- ja UniMasaki on ollu frendi eli piipahtanu melko pian hakemas :D.
